There is a telephone situation next to every bed. All calls including local, STD, mobile, paging and community telephone calls are charged. Local calls are provided free of charge to private patients. A deposit of $20 is required on admission with the balance refundable on discharge. This can be paid for by credit card imprint, cash, cheque or EFTPOS. Direct indial is available for the convenience of your family and friends and to alleviate delays via the switchboard. Incoming calls can be onitored if so desired.

All meals are freshly prepared by our own chef in the hospital's modern fully equipped kitchen.

An in-house information channel is available to help familiarise yourself with the Health Service, along with the free-to-air stations including SBS. Foxtel is also available. Television is a free service to all private patients. For public patients, a deposit of $20 is required on admission and may be paid by credit card imprint, cash, cheque or EFTPOS. A $5 connection fee applies plus hire charges.

Delivers are made to your bedside and vases are available in the ward.

Relax outside or in with a hot cappuccino and fresh country style snacks at the conveniently situated coffee shop between the Community and Allied Health building and the Emergency Department. Open from 9.00am to 4.00pm.

Situated at the end of the main reception foyer, the gift shop offers newspapers, magazines, cards, bathroom accessories, flowers and small gifts for purchase.
