A patient’s right to privacy is a prime consideration of our staff, and for this reason staff are not able to give information to family, friends and others without your consent.

Staff make every effort to maintain your personal privacy during your stay. If at any time you feel your privacy needs to be more fully respected, please speak to the staff about this.

During your stay at HDHS medical records will be generated and stored according to privacy regulations and legislation. Your nursing staff will be able to explain this process to you if desired.
