If any difficulties arise during your stay it is advisable to rectify them as soon as possible rather than waiting for discharge. Most difficulties can be solved by speaking to the nurse in charge of your ward. If not able to be resolved by ward staff problems can be progressed to the Executive Team via our Quality Manager.
It is the policy of HDHS to examine all complaints whether written, verbal or anonymous and that the confidentiality of complainants is respected.
