Community Health

HDHS Community and Allied Health Services offer a wide variety of services to people who live or work in the Hawkesbury LGA. These include transitional care, counselling, therapies, nursing and ancillary services (Aboriginal health, health promotion, men's health). A number of additional services are hosted/located at Hawkesbury Community Health Centre. These include various support groups, outreach services from SWAHS (including diabetes education, dental and incontinence services) and the Hawkesbury After Hours GP clinic.
