Hawkesbury Community Health Centre is located at the southern end of Hawkesbury District Health Service, Day Street, Windsor. Parking is available for Community Health clients.

Usual hours of business are 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday. 

Our intake process varies depending on the type of service required. All requests for service will be forwarded via the intake officer to the appropriate clinicians (therapists, nurses, etc). Please phone 45605714 for further information or to request community health services.

The After Hours GP clinic is located in the community health centre from 6-10pm weekdays and 2-10pm weekends.
